SAFEDOOR, is a Construction Company that has been studying, developing and manufacturing fire protection, radiation shielding, safety, bulletproof and sound insulation doors and shutters, since 1988.

They have an ISO 9001 certified quality system, not only for the manufacture of its products, but also for the process of designing an innovative product.

In 2003 it was transferred to its new privately owned factory, with an area of ​​3.000 m2 in Kalivia Industrial Park, Attica.

SAFEDOOR is the only company in Greece that has carried out fire resistance testing tests on roller shutters, fire curtains and doors, in internationally recognized European Testing Institutes and has more than 30 privately owned certificates that accompany the products it manufactures, which are in accordance with the Greek Regulations and European Standards.

He has manufactured and installed high radiation protection doors for linear accelerators and hot labs in a number of hospitals, with the certification of DIMOKRITOS and the Control and Licensing Directorate of the Hellenic Atomic Energy Commission.

It has studied and manufactured the 1st bulletproof roller in the world, class FB6 and has already installed a large number of them in high security buildings and VIP areas. It has also manufactured certified bulletproof doors, glazing and anti-vandal roller shutters.

In 2013, the European Center for Nuclear Research CERN in Switzerland, selected the company SAFEDOOR for the construction of special fire barriers, in the 7th sector of the underground tunnel, in the facilities of which scientific experiments are carried out. The constructions were a complete success and SAFEDOOR joined the approved suppliers of the organization. In 2018 they were assigned to manufacture special fire barriers for the SPS accelerator tunnel.
