Each door leaf is made of two steel sheets (DIN 1623) 1.00 mm thick (alternatively 1.25 thick) in the form of a sandwich. The thickness of the doors is 60mm. Internally they include rock wool with a density of 150 kg / m3.
Each leaf has strong steel hinges. The lock is steel, with or without panic function. The knob and the handle are with plastic black finish. The door frames are made in two ways:
1. The frame consists of 1.50 mm thick steel sheet, special shape ‘Z’ and is placed in the door opening regardless of wall thickness. The case of this form is the most economical solution and the most widespread.
2. The complete wall covering frame consists of 1.50 mm thick steel sheet, which covers the entire wall thickness (road-batik). The void of the frame is filled with cement mortar.
The door leaf and the frame are delivered painted with 2 coats of anti-rust paint, with zinc base paints (ZINC RUST PRIMER). In case of airtightness requirement, the cases provide a rubber gasket holder.
